This motel has provisions not only for regular boarders but also for students. It has a 60-room accommodation of which 20 rooms are a/c. and the rest 40 are non-a/c. rooms. The Panthonibasha which is a part of the motel, is a kind of dorm for students, which is very reason­ably priced.

The rooms are provided with TV, telephone and balcony. Laundry service is also provided. There is one restaurant, Kashti, where there are local, continental and Chinese cuisines available.
