Established in 1965, this is possibly the oldest such place in Cox's Bazar. Owned by the national tourist organi­sation, Bangladesh Parijatan Corpo­ration, it has both a/c. and non-a/c rooms. The rooms are provided with cable TV, telephone, fridge and bal­cony. The last element adds specialty to this very chiched motel.

Boating in the lake, barbeque, chil­dren's park and rent-a-car (on request) are offered to the boarders. There is one restaurant which serves both local and Chinese food.
